Welcome to CryptoBigBucks.Com. It's 2019 and I can't believe that there are still people out there that don't know what crypto currency is. I dare you to go out there and just ask someone if they've heard of cryptocurrency. They may have heard of bitcoin. They may even have heard of Tim Draper or Tom Lee but by and large there appears to be this gaping hole of knowledge about the crypto currency space. Everywhere I turn, I'm still finding people who have yet to buy their first digital currency. I ask myself, what does this really mean and I keep coming up with the same answer. Despite all the hype. Despite the myriad of youtubers out there putting out massive amount of information, widespread education about the ramafications of cryptocurrency is still not prevalent to about 40% of the people in the world. In fact a recent study by COBINHOOD showed that about 30% of 1000 people surveyed didn't know what an initial coin offering really is.  When you look at these facts, you begin to realize that even though we may not be a long way from ordering Taco Bell with bitcoin, the general public still doesn't get it.

So, when will the people realize what's going on? I think it's going to happen when they see the bitcoin symbol show up as method of payment on Amazon and Walmart eCommerce sites. When they can go into their local grocer and swipe their bitcoin wallet to pay for their groceries, maybe then they will realize what has happened. Add to it the concept of the exceptional growth that its expected of the actual currencies and then the true adoption will take place. But not until then. It's a matter of exposure and training. A great example of this would be the Cash App that has begun to spread like wild fire across both android and iOS phones. As people begin to realize they can send money instantaneously, they are abandoning the arcane process of using Western Union and even the Walmart to Walmart cash services. Similarly the ease of use offered by the likes of Apple Pay and it's predecessor (plastic debit cards) revolutionized the way we currently pay for goods and services making it almost out of style to carry cash. Could this happen with cryptocurrency? Could cryptocurrency become the new gold standard with regards to the purchase of products and services? Who knows?

One thing is for sure, speculation about the usage of blockchain technology across the various genres of information has been spiraling out of control. There is a feverish anticipation of the potential for bitcoing to increase in value by 100 fold. There are now over 2000 coins with their perspective blockchains ready to take their place in the wide crypto space landscape. If there was ever a time where you could get ahead of the power curve, it's right now! Learning as much about cryptocurrency and how it will affect our lives will be critical to future entrepreneurs, retailers, and business people.
